Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, within its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

Returns are only accepted for items that have defects.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with support@joseon.la or initiate a ticket within our Discord server with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Once we review the request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on returning the product.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund

We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we cannot process any return requests.
